Revaluation of Missed Ontario PNP Nomination?

Hello,

My friends (very highly qualified) received an OINP last year. Due to some reasons they could not submit the documents on time and missed the deadline.

They are trying for FSW, however due to their age (40+), they are not getting the required scores.

They intend to start an Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain business in Ontario.

Is there a way to request Ontario to reconsider their application? If yes, how?

Others can comment but believe just to have to reapply again from scratch given a deadline is exactly that , an opportunity not to be missed.

Short answer is no. They have to wait to be nominated by Ontario again. The old nomination is dead.

He has a great Artificial Intelligence and blockchain business idea. Can he use this as an advantage for a reconsideration?

No - as previously stated, the nomination is dead.
