returning to Quebec with my spouse

Hello. I am a Canadian citizen (from Quebec) living in US and married now with a US citizen. Can I return to Quebec with my husband?. what does it take for him to settle there with me?. and what about if we have to move there very fast (in case the situation in US turns bad)?
