Sorry if this topic has been covered before. (if so please direct me to appropriate thread)...I returned to Canada in 06 as a seasonal resident after working in the US for about 25 yr. I filled out the B4 and brought in alot of items for a seasonal property that I bought.

I then moved most of my belongings back to the US to assume a job in PA. Now, 3 yr later I'm ready to permanently reside in Canada again and have rec'd conflicting reporss as to whether I can bring my belongings (house-hold goods, vehicle(s) etc) back into the country duty/tax free.

One custom's agent said I can only do a B4 once in a lifetime and then just recently another said since I'm returning as a permanent resident that I can fill out a B4 again and only have to pay tax on my vehicle (not duty or vice versa)

Any thoughts on my situation?....also, can I have a small trailer, and two motorcycles in additon to my truck..l.will this be a problem?
