a few details:
study permit expiry date was dec 30 2013. intention was to study a 2 year diploma program.
march 30 2013: withdrew from a toronto college officially with the "withdrawal form". studied 2 semesters. i am not certain if the school has reported me to CIC for withdrawing, although the document did come with a disclaimer that the college "may update a student's status with CIC." this was in 2013, before the new study permit regulations came into effect.
Dec 21 2013: left canada before my study permit expired.
i haven't received enforcement notices from CBSA.
i live in a country which requires visa to enter canada.
questions:
if i apply and receive a visitor visa, will cbsa let me in?
what are the chances that i will receive another student visa, based on a new LOA?
what are the chances of receiving a visa based on TFW?
