Returning to Canada after PR

Hi every one
I am working out side Canada and applied my Husband PR applucation outland,
I want to know that if i got my husbands PR visa during my job contract can i land in Canada with my husband and come back to complete my job contract? Or should i break my contract.?

As long as you are a Canadian Citizen (not a PR), then you can reside outside Canada during sponsorship.

Part of PR application will be to prove intent to move back to Canada after your husband is approved for PR. The important thing is to convince CIC you intend to move and settle back to Canada for the application.

Once his PR is approved and he officially "lands" as PR, you can then do whatever you want and live outside Canada with him forever if you want.
