1.will there be problem at landing? what kind of questions are we gonna be asked?

2.how can we fill for previous tax years, or i mean do we need to fill for 2016, 2017?

3.will we be able to fill for child care benefits once we arrive if yws how if not how soon can we apply.

4.are there other info you can share if you previously been in similar situation.

No, you cannot fail to meet RO since less than 3 years have passed since landing. The most they can ask if why you were out of Canada for 2+ years

make sure you need to... Unlike the US, Canada does not require tax filling for Citizens/PR worldwide

I am Unfamiliar with 3 and 4 ... can't help here

Expiry date of your PR card is irrelevant. Must spend 2 out of 5 years before Dec 2020.

1. No problems but will likely be asked how long you have been out of Canada.

2. Should have already filed for the time you spent in dec 2015 and beginning 2016.

3. Google the the child benefit form and send it in. You need to provide worldwide employment information for the past taxable year. I believe it is taxable year. It is on the form. Like any other government benefit there is a processing time. Make sure to provide all required info to prevent delay.
