Returned Application- Inland

Hello guys,

I would like to ask, I've made mistake. I forgot to sign my IMM5406 and they returned my whole application. The CIC specify it.
Well i screwed up

Based on Instructions,

"Please review your application in its entirely and complete all the forms required to meet the minimum standard of completeness, once you have done so, you may resubmit the application, If it si determined to be complete submission, it when enter the processing que based on the date of it's resubmission."

All the other forms do have stamp date that they received it.

My question is,

Do i have to Do the whole thing again? make a new forms? especially the once that recently updated. IMM 1344

Does my OWP will affect on this? if i pass this one tomorrow back to CPC? considering my TRV duration of stay will end on july 2016.

Unfortunately, since your entire package was returned, you will need to send any updated forms, to avoid it being returned again (but for a different reason).

And...it will impact your OWP. As long as you still have legal status on the day that CIC receives this, again, you should receive the OWP in ~ 4 months.

Did you pay the full amount ($255), for the OWP?

The payment is all correct for both Inland $1,040.00 and OWP $255.00. They specify that the only problem is on IMM 5406 has no sign.
Which now i did.

The only updated forms recently on inland spouse is IMM 1334 march 2016. I already made a new one. What about the rest of the forms? do i have to make a new one so that the dates will be the same on all the forms?
My concern is theres already a stamp date by the CIC that they received it in my other correct forms.

you mean when they received my application again from the courier? when i send it again i should have legal status
