After claiming asylum in Canada from the Caribbean it was denied after seven years. I did apply for humanitarian so I am wondering what are the chances of getting approved after returning to the Caribbean. My asylum was denied twice based on the nexus. The second I did not appeal because my son was in the hospital and I suffer with depression and I also did not receive the legal aid certificate within 15 days

I will not stay in my country as soon as I get there I will leave and stay in a Nother Caribbean country until I figure out my living conditions

I will not subject my child born in Canada to the conditions that I had to deal with there neither the abuse

I have being homeless for years before moving to Canada so I’ve learned to deal with things I can’t control
if I’m able to return that will be good. I have a business here that I will continue outside of Canada not sure how I’ll be filing my taxes since I’ll be outside of Canada but I would like to return as a business owner. Is that likely to occur?

I intend to leave Canada within the 30 days so that I can be deported onto the departure order and not a deportation order however I am still in Canada

Unfortunately it's not possible for any of us to say what the chances are of H&C being approved. H&C applications seem to take around 2 years to process these days.

If the H&C application is not approved, the you would need to apply to immigrate through one of Canada's economic immigration programs. You can find details for these programs in the link below. Most people start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program where those with the most points based on work experience, education, language abilities, age and other factors are selected first. Right now you must have 440+ points in order to be selected through this immigration program.
