Hello,
I have received an incomplete nominee application from Ontario with my original application package enclosed. and I have 30 days to submit my new application.

Only one item in the whole application package is incorrect, just the payment of the processing fee. Now I have to get a new bank draft. All the remaining forms and documents are OK. So my question is, do I have to fill out a new form and update all the documentation enclosed or do I just have to attach a new bank draft to the existing application?

P.S. I signed the application form on 11 December 2015 and the incomplete package returned on 2 May 2016.

Thank you in advance...

Hi,

Are you CEC inland or FSW ?. What exactly was incorrect in your bank draft ?. There are few other people in December OINP group who are facing similar issue.

You would need new bank draft, updated Proof of Fund doc. ( bank certificate, bank statement, salary slips or whatever). Forms- I think you should use the original one.

Do join December OINP group in the following thread :-

This has happened to me too. I had my app returned due to problem with cheque, all other documents were ok. I did fill out a new form. Nothing else needed updating in my case. Second time I received aor! Good luck!

but guys i will advice u to pay with ur online banking, paying with ATM, is the best, in this case there wont be any errors, all this bank drafts are long processes and errors usually occurs, cos it will just keep on delaying your applicaiton processing times with CIC

Thank you both for your replies. I am FSW and the Canadian bank details were not specified on my cheque, that was the problem. Unforutnately, since I am not in Canada, I can't pay with ATM and they do not accept online banking.. They do not give me an account number so that I can transfer the money there..
I am still confused, do I update the form or not?? and other documents such as bank statement, passport photocopies (I have one new visa) and work reference letter (just the date on top)??

Yes, you should update. They treat it as a new application..
