Hi, can we get advice that is possible to get back in Canada if have been deported from Canada.

We did apply for Reffugie status but unsuccessful .
Our son is born in Canada we did apply for humanitarian grounds but negativ too.
is it schance to go back ?
what we will need to do?

Thank you

Do you need a visa to visit Canada? If so, then you pretty much have zero chance of ever being approved for any temporary permit (visitor visa, work permit, study permit). To be approved for one of these, you must prove you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Your failed refugee and H&C applications prove you have a very strong interest in remaining in Canada long term.

So assuming you need a visa to visit Canada (i.e. you aren't visa exempt), your only real hope is to apply to immigrate to Canada (if you qualify).

Thank you for answer

We do NOT need visa if we want to travel to Canada, but we do not know that they alow us to board?

If yes -we get work permit?
We want to stay there ,work and live and we do not know how to do that
We have 2kids we can not risk again we need to be sure, son is Canadian we want to kids growing there
We do not that they do not send us again back
We have shance?
Thank you

work permits are difficult to get. it first starts with an offer from an employer. if you want to try to return as a visitor, and you are currently inadmissible, you must apply for an ARC (authorization to return to canada). You will certainly be turned away if you have not received permission to enter the country.

Agreed, you need an ARC to return. It's unlikely you will be granted an ARC without some other kind of immigration application. Once again, I would forget about the work permit route. I don't think you have any chance of being approved because CIC knows you want to remain in Canada long term. Your only real hope is still applying to immigrate as skilled workers or through a similar stream. The ARC will then be processed along with that application. Having a Canadian citizen child gives you no benefit.
