Retrieving the names of Institutions for Sending IELTS Results

I gave ielts on 21/jun/2014. I forget the institutions which i listed to get my IELTS result. Can somebody please guide me how to get that information? Also I want to send my result to some more institutions. Whats the procedure for this?

1. Contact the organization where you took the IELTs they should know where they sent them.
