Retaking IELTS and score is lower than previous one

Hello everybody,

I have a doubt. I have already the CLB 9 in IELTS and this is already in the express entry profile. I took the IELTS exam once more thereafter to improve my score but the results turned out to be lower than the previous one (less than CLB 9). Does this have any negative impact? I can still apply with the previous one with which I reached CLB9, right?

You can use the old result. You don't need to use the latest one. You can take as many tests you like and use any TRF you like as long as it is within 2 years of taking the test.
