My express entry application was cancelled on Friday 19 July because I did not submit a police clearance certificate, which i was pretty sure i had. The letter attached advised that I can resubmit by creating a new express entry profile and entering the pool again. I created a new profile today, and tried to enter the pool, but received a notification that I am no longer valid for express entry?? although i entered information the same as the first time round. any idea why this could be?
