Resubmitting after NOC code cap has been reached help

Good Day!

I am from the Philippines and my wife is a registered nurse. We applied as Federal Skilled Worker, our application was rejected because the maximum limit for the NOC code was reached (Noc 3012) and that was the only reason according to the letter.

My question now is, can we resubmit our application? Will resubmitting have a negative effect? or if by chance when we resubmit and the cap isn't full yet, maybe our application will be approved.

1. Not until the new NOC list is issued around the 1st of July. Note that last year RN cap was reached in less than 3 weeks. So you better get her application in by the 3rd of July.
