Resubmit application

I wonder if there is anyone have already resubmitted applications again. I am about considering to do that but not sure it is possible.

Yes I already resubmitted my file on 16th of November but after that nothing yet, We received Aor from Ircc Call centre personally. But they told us cic canceled our aor due to shortage of docx they returned our whole package with a letter which said that due to missing information of sec 10 they returned our file by completing the required information we can re submit it but our consultant told us that this file is considered as a old file which we submitted on 29 Jan 2019 not the new one but we don’t know the truth

Did you receive the aor for the first one and then resubmitted the second one
Why are you saying that the ircc cancelled your aor
