Restoration while your study permit is still valid

Hey guys, I have a question. Can I apply for restoration while I'm still student and have SP valid till end of August 2013?
The reason is because I'm applying for PGWP soon and I know that my graduation letter will not be ready bu end of August.
P.S. I can't extend my SP because I opened my documents for CSQ (Quebec Residency)

I really appreciate if you guys help me because I'm nervous as hell :-[

You can't restore your status when it hasn't even expired yet. You will need to apply to change your status to visitor before your study permit expires.
