Restoration period WP problem

Hello everyone,
what to do if the transcript shows that i studied during my restoration period?
It was my school's administrative mistake. They cannot fix it.
Can i get WP?
what is the penality?
Please help.

What do you mean they can't fix it? Your school admin should be able to adjust the mistake because they cannot claim on paper that you studied during that period when in truth you did not.

Somebody please help me!
I studied during my restoration period,it was training for 5 weeks. My school told me i can attend ,i just need to give them whenever4 i have SP.
Meanwhile they allowed me. I didnt checked the rule from immigration till it is too late..now i have my completion stating i finished studies in restoration

So hows fault is bigger,mine or college's?
How can it be fixed? Should i sue my college?
i got 3 weeks left. I wont get SP,WP extension.
Thankfully.

Same as first person. Also I requested my college to do some alteration with dates.they denied.

Well if you did studied under restoration technically you studied illegally. Nothing can be done unless you really want to go ahead and sue the school which is pointless unless you have proof of them telling you that its okay to attend classes while under restoration which i doubt will work anyways.

In the eyes of IRCC, applicants are responsible for ensuring the information on the application forms are correct and also to follow the laws of immigration. So in my opinion they will hold you responsible instead of the school.

School had already sent the marks to ministry of education. .can my school fix it later with ministry ? I have put a request to change .but i am very scared

Previous one expired on april30.
I applied SP on june18 after receiving my caq,SP got approved on July17th.
But i dont have any email from them.
They have unprofessional reception desk.
But what is the penality? How can i get out of this ?

Did you also studied illegally under restoration as well? Your first post wasn't clear.

Technically yes, because i wasnt aware, and my college didn't checked either.
They gave me course, and generated the transcript.
What should be my next step ?

Well i i would expect IRCC to find you at fault here and not the school sincr its your responsibility to check the rules of restoration.

Just apply for PGWP and see what IRCC says. Obviously you must declare the periods that you studied otherwise you will get into more trouble.

Well thats is obvious. i will try to get my PGWP for sure . But what penalty can i face for this.. Is it only refusal to WP or deportation?

Not deportation but your PGWP can be denied.

So it's a kind of deportation in the other way or it means i have to start the new program all over again? Will that be helpful ? If i want to stay in Canada?

Yes you can go back to school again but it will be IRCC decision in the end to let you apply for a new study permit which may be refused if you don't prove that you will leave Canada after your program finishes. Just like you did for the current study permit.

I can't tell you if you'll be able to stay or not. It will be IRCC decision at this point. Just apply for the PGWP and see if the VO will say anything.
