Hi,
I am going to have to go through the whole pain of either
a): hoping to be deemed rehabilitated on H & C grounds (wife is Canadian + 2 children are waiting for Canadian Citizenship certs)
or
b): go through the whole rehab application process.
I need to get documents from the court in Ireland detailing sentencing. (hopefully thats all it needs as well as a letter giving details??)
My visitors visa expires in March so there is no chance with the lazy-ass Irish civil service of all that paper work getting here, arranged and sent off by then.
So is my only route to tick the restoration of status box and stump up the extra cash? AND the work permit application box on the same form? Or will i send off everything and wait to see if they tell me to apply for rehabilitation? I would be on implied status?
Its the same form, but asks about priors.
