I have applied for my student permit which was recently (4 days ago) refused due to lack of CAQ. Now, they asked me to restore my status. My questions are
a) As I can not attend any courses or any academic activities as a student during this period so with my new application should I have to attach a proof showing that I will de-register for this term.
b) Do I really have to de-register for a term? Can I attach my previous enrolment letter in proof of enrolment section. Or do I have to explain that I am not attending this term.
c) If I de-register then I won't get my stipend. So What should I really do for this section.
PS. I now have my valid CAQ which I will upload with my new application so in that case it should be fine to keep rest of the application same as previous. There was no comment on other docs.
