How long is the process to restore your status as a worker?

Do you know if it's possible for someone to apply for ROS online? I always thought that it had to be made via snail mail, but someone's telling me that it can be done online.

Its been just about 4 months so fingers crossed something happens soon.

I believe going the snail mail rout means faster processing times for most applications believe it or not.
