Hi how does the CIO office contact you to let you know whether your application was accepted or rejected? Will you get a package in the mail? email? telephone?

Hi, If you have given them your email id in the initial forms than it will be by email. keep checking your emails and especially junk folder to make sure system does nt delete it. Otherwise it will be by regular mail. alongwith the email they do send the letter by snail mail as well which usually gets lost. i did get an email though have nt recieved the saail mail as yet which is no point to worry.

Thanks. My dad said I have a package from them but I've not received any email. Could it be my application was returned or something? I mailed it in June

Yup Package is not good news. why have nt you asked him to open it yet. check it now. if there s a problem in your file than there s a chance they have given you time to send the updated file.. they must have stamped the forms with a date in that case. if their cover letter doesnt ask for updated forms to be sent within a specific time than unfortunately you will have to file again as a new applicant.
