Hello, I am an Express Entry applicant under FSW (Outland).
Does IRCC reply to webforms? I wrote to them requesting an extension on my passport submission last week (because it needs to be renewed), and haven't heard from them since. The tracker only says they've received my enquiry, and there is no other response. My enquiry is urgent as the 30-day submission deadline is approaching and there is no update on whether they would extend it or not.
How else can they be contacted?
