i think you might have ordered paper reports. Jut wait few days to see if you receive a letter with the report.
Try to check your foia online account please and read everything carefully. As per your initial post you said:

Given the nature of this request, some records are only being released to you as the requester. If you have an account in FOIAonline, you may access those records by logging into FOIAonline. Otherwise, those responsive records will be sent via the method agreed upon with the FOIA processor.

It means that they might have sent it through mail..

eltorpe was missing one record and that's why ordered FOIA records and it seems to be more accurate.
I personally haven't ordered FOIA records and compared them with i94.

eltorpe, could you please shed some light on your situation?

The FOIA list had all my trips to the U.S. (entry/exit dates for all of them).

eltorpe,

So was your entries/exits list from the U.S under FOIA request accurate? Where your travels made by land ? and how come they have exit records, I thought they only have entry records. The reason I'm asking is that I'm having some missing records when I travelled by land when I pulled by data from the I-94 website.

Yes, the list released under FOIA was complete. All my visits to the U.S. were by air.

How did you apply for your records. Please advise the steps.

I followed the link here to apply: http://www.cbp.gov/site-policy-notices/foia

When you select the agency and type of record you want, the form will ask you for all the relevant details.

After creating an Account under FOIA, what is the next step to request the US Entry/Exit ? Is there any fees associated for the same ?

What Agency we should select?? Can you provide some details steps to Make FOIA Request ?

This is what I did:

1. From the link I posted, choose "Submit a FOIA Request Online"
2. Select "CONTINUE AS GUEST"
3. Select "U.S. Customs and Border Protection" for Agency
4. Select "Entry/Exit" for Types of Records Requested
5. Fill in all the fields marked with a *
6. For supporting documents, I attached a copy of the bio data page of my latest passport

Fees are only charged if you fall under one of these categories:

(1) commercial requesters may be charged fees for searching for records, reviewing the records, and photocopying them;
(2) news media, educational or noncommercial scientific institutions are charged for photocopying, after the first 100 pages;
(3) all other requesters (requesters who do not fall into any of the other three categories) are charged for photocopying after 100 pages and for time spent searching for records in excess of two hours.

On the form, there is a "Will Pay Up To" field which is marked with a *. You can fill any amount in there that you are willing to pay in the event your request meets one of the three conditions above.

Does this help?

Looks like fees is charged for everyone ?

How many days or months they take to provide you all the details ??

What makes you say that? I didn't have to pay any fees although I filled in $25 in the "Will Pay Up To" field.

Like I said in an earlier post in this thread (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/response-from-cbp-t263859.0.html;msg3897504#msg3897504), it took 2.5 months.

I'm wondering whether they will be able to provide all entries/exits via land. Its easy by air, they know when you enter because you pass by passport control and they know when you leave because the airline sends the passenger manifest of the people who boarded the plane to the immigration.

Do you think the soft copy will include the same info as the hard copy ?

Right now, people who have requested entry/exit records from CBSA including myself (applied last month), have not gotten any exit records including flights international other than to US. The records only listed entry records so far plus exit records made to US (using US entry records). There is no soft copy. CBSA only provide records by paper mail only. They do not provide records by email or electronically.

But they have the option if you request online, unless you are Guest User and requesting it over email. It might be little doubtful that may send you electronic copy.
