Hi,

I need an advice from you.

Is it advisable to resign from job before filing visa appn and then attach resignation letter with visa appn?

Or,

there is no need to attach resignation letter or email in visa application.

I mean what would be your recommendation?

Bro, sorry but I didn't understand "just file a letter on the letter head, that u r still the employer"?

Dont resign man.. Not at all.. carry on with ur job ...

means on a letter head of ur company u just have to mention from the admin dept of ur company that u are still a employer, y u want to resign early....

thanks precious and afridi

so you suggest that there is no need to attach resignation letter in visa appn, right? No -ve effect.

and that i can just submit experience letter "i'm still an employee" on company letter head

Precious, I am fed of my job actually and frustrated. I want to resign asap.

well JS job is ur most powerful tie dun even think of resigning from job. If possible get a non pay leave from ur current employer and attach that letter along with ur application it will have a positive impact on ur case

@js
my situation is the same i am also very frustrated by my job, but the thing is Canadian visa is not guaranteed so don't resign until you get the visa.

imrankh85, they won't give me non pay leave. Infact i am not at all interested in them.

hope u can understand

fahad83, i do as you and most ppl say.

you can't imagine how difficult is for me to tackle them at my workplace :'(. but it looks like i have to bear them

Sounds like you and I are in same boat. May god gives both of us a little more patience :D

Hello JS,

Don't resign from ur current job. I have also filed the application and gave my appointment letter along with the application. From my point my view don't let ur employer know ur intentions of leaving the job. May be u can attach ur last month salary slips along with that as a proof that u are still working for them.

Instead file for study leave from your employer and submit it to VO.
