I am currently working in India for an IT organization, I am bit confused with the Work Permit application process.

Can someone help me with a better solution for the below problem?

Do I need to resign from my current organization to apply for Canada work permit visa as the process is expecting me to submit my current and previous organization joining and releveling letter?

Any suggestion on this would be highly appreciated.

You should not resign until the work permit is approved. There is never a guarantee that a work permit will be approved and if you resign first - you will be out of a job.

Totally agree with what you are saying, now the question is what all documents do I need to submit from my current employer?
