Hello,
I have two questions keeping in mind the new law

- Once you apply for Citizenship, do they reask if you have applied for Greencard or in possession of a green card after ? Like is there a form, interview where you have to declare any changes ?
- In case of residency calculator, I believe the day you left the country or entered the country irrespective of time, it is counted as day spent in Canada. Please confirm
- Any issues for people who have a US green card and applied for green card ?

Thanks in advance

If you have a green card, you would declare it under 6D on your citizenship application.

If you don't have a green card yet, and an application is in process in USA, you will contradict intend to reside.

Hope this helps.

True. Not sure exactly when (date) though.

My question was regarding if people had problems in the past while applying for citizenship with a green card.

Thanks
