Hello

I want to ask if someone has a valid residency visa for a country outside Canada ( other than the country of citizenship ) and the person has also completed 1095 days residing in Canada. Can he/she apply for a Canadian citizenship? Like, is there any law/clause that forbids to apply for citizenship if someone has a valid residency somewhere else too?

As long as you meet ALL the requirements for citizenship in Canada and your PR status is in good standing, you can apply for citizenship here. A PR status outside Canada might make the application non-routine because it is likely they'll ask for additional documentation (physical presence questionnaire) but other than that, there is nothing that stops you from applying.
