Residency Questionnaire

I have received Residency questionnaire from CHC and asked me to submit response within 30 days including Bank Statements, utilities bills etc. To be honest with you, I dont have these things and I want to withdraw my PR card renewal application.
Please guide me what should I do in this situation?

Should I buy more time or request voluntarily withdrawal of application?
what could be the reason for withdrawal?
What will happen if I dont submit and let them abandon my application?

Please guide,,, suggestion welcome and will be highly appreciated.

1. Withdraw in writing - call the CIC contact centre for fax details or mail to CIC Sidney or local CIC office whichever sent you the RQ. No need to specify a reason.

2. CIC appear to doubt your declared residence days so withdrawing will not stop any investigation they have started.
