Residency obligation not met

I got PR in 2013.my period of stay was 6th March 2013-15th Aug 2014 which is 1.5yrs.Expiry is Apr 2018.i will be returning on march 22nd before thw catd expires. Basically i am a nurse. I failed on 2 attempts of exam dyring my saty thr. To take tuition in India i came back. Because i was looking after a survival job thr i was not able to meet my expenses. On few months after my my mom became sick suffered from depression. I had to be with her for her emotional support. Then i took my 3rd n final attempt of nursing exam which i failed again which was in March 2015.
CRNE which is the nursing exam to get license in Canada had maximum 3attempts.the exam later changed to NCLEX-RN with infinite attempts. In order to qrite this i havr to show enough work experience as nurse . so i started to work as an RN in 2015Aug again. Ao far i Have 2.5yrs experience. Mean while i got marriwd and i have a 8mnths old baby now.Also my delivery was an emergency LSCS due to nil liquor. I was thinking to deliver my baby but did not because i have no one to accompany thr.
Now these are my reasons i have clearly listed for my inability to come back. Will this resolve my issue if immigration officer questions me on return. Or do i need anything else. I can privide them qith my mother's prescriptions. My hospital summary of my delivery. And my experience certificate and my exam results. Pls reply me. ASAP

If you are reported, you will have to make a formal appeal based on H&C grounds.
Whether you might succeed will depend on the quality of your case and the relevance of the H&C factors.

Even if you enter without being reported, you will not be able to sponsor your child for at least two years, until you are back in compliance with the residency obligation requirements.

Improving your written English might help with examinations.

You will also not be able to sponsor your husband until you meet the RO. Not having family in Canada in order to deliver a baby in Canada is not considered a strong H&C reason.
