Hi everyone;

I have a simple question: Do I need to submit "RESIDENCE OUTSIDE CANADA" form with my citizenship application package, if I am a single person (never married before) and I have been always in Canada (except about a month per year to take a vacation outside Canada) since the grant of PR?

Cheers

I don't know what form you mean. This one? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/citizen/CIT0177E-2.pdf
If you're not working outside Canada as a crown servant, then no.

All you do is list your absences on the Physical Presence Calculator, print out the result showing that you have spent sufficient time in Canada, and include it with your application.
