Are you registered with UNCHR? If so they decide where you are settled, and it may not be Canada.

So you are not eligible for a Canadian refugee program. You would need to immigrate through economic programs like Express Entry. Express Entry is based on your age, education (need assessments), work experience, language (tests) and funds. This is an expensive route, and you will want to be highly educated and skilled.

Even when registered for resettlement only a very small fraction are ever resettled to another country and even if selected could take over a decade.

You said in another post that you were not registered with UNHCR. So are you registered with UNHRC or not? If yes then UNCHR decides on your settlement, not Canada. UNHCR will decide what country will (if ever) be settled in. Canada accepts very few through UNHCR.

Do you have any Canadian family members or friends in Canada to sponsor through private sponsorship?
