Requirements to submit Online Application for Express Entry

For Express Entry, you can submit it using the online form, but my friend they wont count your degree and provide points if you don't have your credentials. And there will be no points calculated for IELTS. So try to get those done fast!!

Even if he does get points, I think IELTS is necessary for all PR streams (correct me if I'm wrong). So profile will be ineligible since the Criteria for none of the streams is satisfied

I have a Question.

For the Express Entry:
I have a Masters degree from Canada ,

Do i also need to get Education Credential Assessment for my Bachelors Degree ( Degree obtain outsode of Canada)

Anyway, for those who are not aware, CIC CANADA on Feb 2, 2015, already invited (and sent ITA) to 700+ EE applicants for permanent residency.
