Requirements to apply for a In-land PR and OWP

Hi All,

My wife would be visiting me very shortly thru a visitor visa, and I would need to apply for an inland PR once she is here. And also, I would like to apply for open work permit.

Could anyone help me to get the requirements for an Inland PR and OWP.
