Hello,

CIC states: If your spouse is coming with you, you can count money you have together in a joint account. You may be able to count money in an account under their name only, but you must prove you have access to the money.

From my understanding from the forum, I can do this by obtaining a No Objection Certificate. How do I obtain this certificate? Does it need to be legalized/attested?

Thank you

Were You able to find the answer of this? I'm in the same boat.
