requirements for NOC

i am working under NOC 9213... which states i need several years of experience to work in this field but i have no such experience of working ...
is it okay to file for this job under CEC or not ..will it create any problem any approval of PR ??

i did some shifts in that company when i was studying . and since i got my Post graduation work permit i m working there since three months . they want to make me supervisor because i m good with machines and production .

Regardless of position you need to have the minimum requirements to qualify.
All experience gained during study in Canada cannot be claimed/does not count.
