Your high school marks are irrelevant. Universities will look at your bachelor degree grades to determine if they will admit you to their programs. I would recommend you dedicate time to visiting various university web sites to see what grades you require to be accepted.
Medical school is extremely expensive in Canada. Make sure you look into the costs of the programs as well so that you know what amount you'll have to show in proof of funds to be approved for a study permit.
