Required info for CSQ

Hi,

I submitted my profile through Arima portal and few days ago I received a notice to complete "Quebec selection certificate" for "Regular Program - Skilled Workers".

The message is:
"Under the Quebec Immigration Regulations, it is no longer possible to apply without having been invited to do so by the Minister."

Does this mean based on my points, I am selected to apply ?

Please can you guide me what is the process moving forward

Hey. I don't think it means you've been invited to apply. If you submitted your eoi, the next step is to wait for midi to do a draw. If you're selected then, you'd be asked to do the csq application in mon project quebec .
