Hello everyone,

I am applying for the mid or late 2020 academic session. I am from Nepal and i want to know what are the necessary documents required to present to the immigration office. More specifically, how much worth of property and family income source is required to show in the document? Thanking in advance

The documents required depends on your individual country. You can find the details in this link - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...services/study-canada/study-permit/apply.html

You need to show that you can cover your entire tuition fees and you have 10,000 for your first year living expenses or 11,000 if you are going to study in Quebec.

Since property cannot be liquidated easily, it is not a good proof of fund. The best proof of funds is funds in your own account, an education loan, sponsorship from parents and/or siblings.

Why 11000 for quebec

Okay but I’ve deposited 10,200
And in the GIC instructions i got after opening my account
Only 10,200 was written and they’ve accepted it
Would it be a problem?

I assume you are applying for SDS ?
