Required Documents to apply PR after receiving positive NOD

Hi Members,

I would like to seek your inputs what documents I need to provide when applying for PR after getting the positive decision for myself (inside canada) and my spouse and my kid (outside Canada). Do I need to provide any explanation letter? If yes, what are the topics I need to cover in this letter. Thank you.
