Do you mean a work visa? Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. You want to show the skills that no one in Canada can do.
Yes but most jobs will say only open to those in Canada. Very few will state open for those who are not a citizen, PR or has work authorization. So only look at jobs that say employer will file a LMIA or has a LMIA.
Get a job offer with a Canadian employer who is willing to apply and pay for a LMIA proving no Canadian or PR has the skills/education/experience, only you.
It will be difficult. Most Canadian employers don’t want to go through the expense and hassle of hiring someone who can’t already legally work in Canada. Would suggest working towards qualifying to PR if you want to immigrate.
