HI friends,

I have been planning to go to study ( PGDiploma) in Canada for the past two months. I have discussed with many education consultancies. Most of them told me that, i don't meet the requirements and I wont get visa. At the same time some consultancies are saying that, it is possible to get through. I am confused, not sure whether to apply or not.

MY academics:

@@ 10 = 84 % 2004

@@ 12 = 79 % 2006

@@ B.E(cse) = 69 % ( 25 backlogs ) in JNU (Delhi) 2010

@@ Enrolled in masters, didn't complete my project. So i have received PGDiploma. (LEEDS UNI(UK)) 2012

@@ IELTS = 6 ( L=7.5, R=5.5, W=5.5, S=6 ) I have taken the exam without any training.


I wish to go for this 2014 April/May Intake, but i m in dilemma whether to pursue the process or not. I came to know that, it is hard to get back the money we paid to the uni and the Scotia bank. when the visa get refused. One consultant keep on insisting me to continue the process and he says you got visa from UK for studies, so hopefully you will get in Canada too.


I have seen many SENIOR MEMBERS helping for many students. I request you to help me as your sister/friend. Thanks.

Your IELTS is low in reading and writing and it shows in your writing here. You would have a hard time. Also, it is now mif deb. Going for a may start now is a little late. You'd be better off aiming at a Sept start.

And why on earth are you wasting your money on a consultant? If you think you are smart enough to study at a college or uni in Canada then you should be smart enough to go through the application process without a consultant.

Thanks for your reply buddy. First of all, I m not gonna pay single penny to the consultant, they ll get it from the UNI/COLLEGE. It's a free process and they are omniscient about the Canada education. Secondly, i can still apply for the may intake APRIL 1st is the last date.


I got more backlogs ( 25) in my Under graduation and this is my main concern. Is it possible to get Visa with these backlogs???

No one can tell you that you will get visa or not.
