Requesting Notes

I'm thinking that I would like to go ahead and request a copy of my notes. Silly question, but when it says "what type of records do you wish to request," do I select "case files," or "corporate records?"

Also, if I am the sponsor, do I have to fill it out as if I am ordering on someone's behalf (i.e. my boyfriend, the principal applicant)? Of I am ordering them for myself, since it's an application that we submitted as a couple?

1. Select Case Files

2. Your common-law partner is the one who is applying for PR, so when asked if you are requesting notes on your own behalf you say no, and on the next page you enter the details of your partner.

Finally he is your common-law partner, not your boyfriend. Do not refer to him as such in your application!
