Hello everyone, I have gotten accepted to university of alberta and can apply for a study permit. But there is an issue, my brother, in 2003 went to canada for his study as well but he did not mention my name in my family form. He continued this misrepresentation and now he is a citizen of canada. My question is if I apply for a study permit now, considering our parents are the same will it have any negative impact on my brother? Should I give his name in the family form? Should I take the risk at all?
Thank you.

You need to give his name. If you don't, you are committing misrepresentation.
