Requesting for time frame for my visa application

Hi I have applied for Canada for first time in march , got rejected on may first week specifying the reason as financial issues...
I have created GIC account credited minimum amount and then re applied on may last week...
I have my college starting from next week but till now I didn't get any response ..
When can I expect the result plzzz help me and both times I have applied through online

It's impossible to say. Processing times vary widely. It can take anywhere from a few days to several months to process an application.
