Requesting ex husband to be deported

I filed a case against my ex husband at CBSA and CIC for Misrepresentation, After he arrived here, I found out that his Annullment from his first wife is a forgery. And I submitted those proof. The CIC sent him a couple of letters asking him to explain my allegations BUT he ignored all those letters. He is still here living with his mistress. His PR card is about to be expired, Do you think if he will renew his card or he is going out and coming back here. Is he will be interogated by CBSA? What I can do more to follow up on his case? He needs to be deported by using me and for misrepresentation.

You have probably done all that you can. CBSA/IRCC may not update you on the case. You should just get on with your life.

As said above, move on with your life. There is nothing more you can do and they will not inform you of what happens with his case.

There is nothing more you can do in his case.

Whether his PR card will be renewed or not is up to IRCC and what they have discovered in their investigation. It's possible his PR card renewal may be refused or it's possible it may be approved. That's really impossible for any of us to say.
