Good evening house please I need your help my judiciary review was granted for leave today while my h&c still in process and its been 10months now my question is that is there any time frame for judiciary review grant for leave because my lawyer is demanding for 2850$ before he can proceed with the documentation for the leave and for the hearing the hearing will hold August and I hope my h&c comes out before than.thanks

Does your lawyer demand legal fee for the last 10months? I would suggest to pay your lawyer. Your lawyer could be the right person to advise way forward
So my two cents is not to count on having a decision or first stage approval for your H&C application by August. Don't assume or count on that happening.
I would be pursuing the hearing option (in parallel with H&C) with your lawyer.
The H&C is usually put on hold until your hear about JR. Since many apply for both at the same time the government usually wants to avoid paying to process both applications at once. If one gets denied then the other one starts getting processed. Agree that it is unlikely to hear about H&C until your pursuit of JR is finished and case is reassessed.
Ok thanks but some people received the judiciary hearing date and after some weeks there H&C approval in principle came out
Just don’t want you to expect to hear about H&C before your case is reassessed. There is still a small chance that you may but in general H&C cases are put on hold until there is an outcome from JR. It is not uncommon to apply for both at the same time and it would waste resources to process both at the same time when one could be approved and the processing time and effort for the other application would have been for nothing.
