This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
UCI(9XXXXXX) - Name
CELPIP: Original CELPIP language proficiency results (photocopies are not acceptable)

Am I correct in saying that I don't need to provide anything for my UCI ? And just upload a scan of my CELPIP results? Just want to be sure a scan is what they mean by not a "photocopy"?
