Greetings!
I would like to know some information regarding the submission of Application for Permanent Residence.
I’ve already applied for WORK PERMIT under Atlantic High Skilled Immigration Pilot Program, and the Visa Office has requested to Submit the Passport for further proceedings. Please note that my Endorsement letter will expires on 17th of November 2018, which is around 1 month left. And I’m much perceived that the IRCC must receive complete application for PR before the expiry date of Provincial Endorsement.
So my question is, if I receive the Temporary Residence Visa following the approval of WORK PERMIT, is it mandatory to enter Canada before the expiry of Provincial Endorsement, or does it mean that I’ve to just apply for PR before Endorsement expires?
Please anyone help me! I’ve been trying to get the proper feedback for the last 2 weeks.
