I'm FSW-O Express Entry applicant. I submitted my eAPR on 2018-12-16. I received a new message in my account on 2019-01-28 with the following text:
"Please fill out the Schedule A IMM5669. The form can be found at the following link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669E.pdf
Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account by 2019-02-04.
Please note: The above information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information that was provided with your application and your application could be refused."
I have a couple of questions:
1. How do I fill out and sign this form - in electronic form (e.g. using the Sign function in Adobe Acrobat) or should I fill it, print it, sign it by hand and then scan and upload it to my account? The request letter does not have any instructions on how to fill out this form.
2. Is there anyone with the same request? Any suggestions on why do they need this form? The questions on the form are almost identical to those in the eAPR questionnaire. My biography is quite straightforward and logical.
3. I still have not received my MEP and Biometric Instruction Letter. Will this request affect the processing time significantly?
