Request for Schedule A (Form 5669)

I was finally able to link my application on the CIC website today. We didn't get an AOR yet. I was able to link with my name/date of birth.

It shows my medical passed and it's requesting I submit a form 5669. I already submitted this and included it in my application...I'm confused? Did they not get it? Was it incomplete? I made sure all of the dates were filled out with no gaps and I validated it too. Should I resubmit and mail it to them? If so, how do I do this so they know it's related to my application? It lets me upload it online, is that the way to go? I can easily just resubmit this tonight as it's saved on my computer at home.

as mentioned in the other thread. this is now part of the new process. this form is not submitted upfront anymore. it is required after AOR is received now:

Submit your Schedule A – Background / Declaration (IMM 5669)

All applicants over the age of 18 and all principal applicants (including a dependent child under the age of 18) must upload a validated electronic copy of this form within 30 days from the date of the acknowledgement email or letter.

To speed up processing and avoid delays, we strongly recommend that you:

fill out this form electronically while waiting for your acknowledgement of receipt
make sure the form is validated
save a validated copy so it’s ready to upload to your online account as soon as you link your application
Important: When you are completing your personal history, don’t leave any gaps in time. Pay close attention to questions 6 and 9. Gaps in time will cause delays in processing because we will ask you to re-submit a new form. Your application can only be processed accordingly with your response and will be assessed based on the information you provide.

Alright no big deal. So I included my FBI police check IN the documents already. So should I just fill out the 'Schedule A Online' form, upload it - and I should be good?
